KIKO Milano is an Italian cosmetics brand founded in 1997 by Percassi, a well-known entrepreneurial group. The brand specializes in the production and sale of beauty products, including makeup, skin care and cosmetic accessories.

FEATURES

On the occasion of the Christmas party, the company wanted to develop product engagement activities with the aim of increasing sales and attracting the final consumer more.

SOLUTION

A machine was installed in the store that allowed customers to instantly customize products via a dedicated interface. The machine then engraved the chosen product with the laser, offering an exclusive and impactful experience.
